Contact and quote information
When you contact us or request a quotation, we may receive your name, company or organization, email address, phone or WhatsApp details, country, product requirements, quantity, requested delivery date and notes. We use this information to respond to the request and manage the related business communication.
Artwork uploads
Artwork, logos, references and production files may be stored with the Lead, Quote, Proof and Order records required to review specifications and support the requested custom manufacturing work. Do not submit material you are not authorized to use.
Quote, proof and order records
We retain quotation inputs, approved specifications, proof records, order status and related correspondence as business records according to operational and applicable legal requirements. This retention is separate from the visitor analytics period.
Essential technologies
Essential cookies and similar technologies may support administrator authentication, security and saved privacy preferences. Selecting Essential Only does not prevent quote submission, artwork upload or Lead creation.
Optional visitor analytics
When the site-wide analytics switch is enabled and you choose Analytics Allowed, a first-party visitor identifier may be used to record page views, sessions, product views, quotation calls to action and Lead conversion events. This identifier is intended to distinguish browser activity, but it should not be treated as a guarantee that the information is outside all privacy laws.
Analytics retention
Visitor analytics records use the configured retention period, currently 90 days. Artwork, quotation and order records are retained separately according to operational and applicable legal requirements.
Service providers
Hosting, database, storage, security, email and delivery providers may process information only as needed to provide their respective services.
Security
Access controls, restricted file delivery and operational safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access. No website or storage system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can select Essential Only or Analytics Allowed through Privacy Preferences in the footer. Changing from Analytics Allowed to Essential Only stops future visitor tracking and removes the browser's visitor identifier; it does not automatically delete historical records.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Requests concerning access, correction or deletion can be submitted through the Contact page. Whether a request can be completed may depend on record ownership, operational needs and applicable legal obligations.
