These terms describe the current website and manufacturing workflow for 合肥新站区驰越商贸, operating under the qiantoken brand.
Quotations
Website content and indicative estimates are not binding quotations or production specifications. Commercial terms are confirmed in writing after the product, artwork, quantity, size, finish, hardware, packaging and destination are reviewed.
Artwork ownership and authorization
Customers submitting a logo, trademark, character, artwork or design must confirm that they have the rights required to authorize its use for manufacturing their custom products. Submission does not transfer ownership of customer artwork to qiantoken. We do not claim to verify every third-party intellectual-property right.
Proof approval
Production follows the Approved Proof together with the Approved Specification. Production starts after the required approval is recorded. These terms do not require a physical pre-production sample unless one is separately agreed in writing.
Manufacturing variation
Custom manufacturing may involve normal production tolerances or minor variation. No numeric tolerance, color-deviation allowance or overrun/underrun percentage is stated on this website; any applicable specification requires written confirmation.
Custom products
Products are made to the approved order-specific design and specification. Product examples on this website demonstrate finishes or manufacturing possibilities and do not create specifications for a separate order.
Payment
Payment timing, method, currency, deposit requirements and balance terms are confirmed for each accepted order. No default payment rule is stated on this website.
Shipping
Production completion and carrier transit are separate stages. Shipping options and timing depend on destination, carrier availability, customs and order-specific arrangements. A requested delivery date is not a guaranteed carrier delivery date unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Cancellation
Cancellation, refund, tooling and work-in-progress treatment require order-specific written confirmation. This website does not establish an automatic non-refundable rule.

Customer-provided intellectual property remains subject to the customer's authorization and applicable third-party rights. qiantoken may use submitted material only to review and perform the requested manufacturing workflow unless another use is separately authorized.
