How to Order Custom Enamel Pins

Prepare the artwork

Send the clearest available logo, illustration, badge design or brand artwork. The quote form accepts JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, AI and EPS files up to 10 MB. Editable artwork helps when shapes or color areas need adjustment, while a clear image is enough to start the feasibility check.

Separate essential wording, colors and shapes from details that may change. The artwork requirements list the product information that should travel with the file. Linework, text and narrow gaps are judged at the intended finished size and against the chosen process; there is no universal limit that fits every design.

Choose the basic product specification

Identify the product as custom enamel pins and state a preferred pin type if one is already known. Hard enamel pins have a smooth, level face, while soft enamel pins retain raised metal lines above recessed color. 3D die casting, offset printing and interactive structures answer different artwork or construction requirements.

Add the finished size, plating, colors, backing and packaging to the brief where possible. Mark an open choice as undecided rather than filling it with a default. The final construction and visible details will appear on the proof and production specification.

Send the quantity and delivery destination

Include the expected quantity with the request, even if another product choice is still open. It is part of the quotation basis.

Request an artwork-based quote

Use the quote request to submit the product, artwork, quantity, size, plating, attachment, packaging, country and contact details. Pricing is based on that project information, not on the product name alone.

Missing details do not need to be guessed. They can remain open until the artwork and intended use provide enough context for a decision.

Review the digital proof

The digital proof brings the proposed artwork layout and the pin specification into one document. Depending on the design, it shows the finished dimensions, shape, plating, colors, backing or attachment, and relevant construction details.

Read it against the original brief. Check names, wording, orientation, color references, post positions and visible metal areas, and flag any mismatch before approval. A digital proof is not a physical sample.

Approve the production specification

Once the buyer accepts the proof and production specification, those documents become the manufacturing reference. They should state the finished dimensions and construction rather than rely on labels such as small, medium or standard.

Resolve changes before that handoff. An undecided detail should remain visibly open instead of being treated as approved by assumption.

Production and quality inspection

Packing and shipping coordination
